Repukes cut taxes, everyone feels good. Several years pass, services cut - people suffer - state budgets tank. Elect a Dem to sort things out - raises taxes. Things get better. Election time roll around, Repukes scream to lower taxes. Voters with short term memory vote out those damn-tax raising Dems. Repukes cut taxes, everyone feels good, ------- and so it goes.
