1. Ease up on the ultra-anal selectivity. Make their minimum requirements a little more lenient than a 3.99 GPA and 1598 SAT. Perhaps admitting more than 0.0000256% of applicants just might bring in more fee paying students.

2. Advertise. Let people know that they offer more than degrees in North Sentinelese Folklore and Icelandic Queer Literature Studies.

3. Go co-ed. Admitting men doesn't mean that the school is somehow compromised or that there will be a tsunami of harassment.
