It's HAS RISEN. Past tense. What's funny is that you fail to understand the difference. Either way, have a great evening and here's some viable information for the future with the meaning of PAST versus PRESENT Tense.

If she's awake, the Goddess previously was sleep. The Goddess has awaken or has risen. It's not is risen....but you go ahead and keep thinking the opposite.

LOL!!

One more thing....the definition of "Risen" is....
"the PAST participle of rise"
