make an educated guess as to who drew up the legislation. Kraus is a real piece of crap who doesn't seem to give a darn about his actual constituents.

I notice the article has a lively discussion, with many comments about how the law. Most seem pretty upset about it and only a few seem to be in favor. A few were making comments about how Missouri shouldn't be an at-will state anymore if this is what to expect.
