So far, looking like Yes on 1 and 2, no on 3 with 47.5% in. [View all]

Will it hold?

3 has already been called a failure, 1 is obviously going to be a success, so 2 is the only one still really up in the air now.


ETA Weirdly steady progression, with overall percentages basically not changing the more precincts report in.

With just over 25% of the vote now
