that 'our schools have failed us'. The way I see it we have failed our schools, refusing to fund them in a constitutional manner, diverting funds to charter schools, attacking the unions. I usually listen to what Coleman has to say but he is way off on this. Ohio has systematically dismantled its schools and now the report card shows it!
