Not long after her hospital stay, that facility was bought out by Vanderbilt. Do debt collections continue under Tennova because that was incurred during their ownership? I'm assuming yes. Also, I'm not surprised in the least by Tennova doing something this atrocious. They are a for profit entity who has made a killing in buying up small community hospitals, investing in them, and then selling them off.
