This way property owners will get windfalls, and the peons will pick up the tab with a larger sales tax.
Jindal tried this in LA, to get rid of the state income tax and raise the sales tax, the public revolted even the GOP saw what it was a big tax cut for the rich and a large tax increase for the rest of us.
