the rest of the content indicates the ideas present opportunities for students to live in learning environments based on their majors. An example they gave was a dorm for women in STEM majors. This might be helpful in preventing problems between roommates if their majors are similar in level of discipline, such as looking for top grades in a biochemistry major and planning to attend med school.
