There was an article written about how the LGBT community, and the Jewish Community were receiving Conservative propaganda, that they determined was mined from petitions that they had signed on-line in support of other issues.

Use for political targeting would not surprise me, but the spectre of targeting dissident voices, or groups troubles me much more.
