President Fart had the checks and balances of the American constitution to restrain him. Boris Johnson does not.

As bad as President was on trade, he didn't do anything like as much damage as ripping up out trading arrangements with the EU is doing to this country.

And then there's the confused response to Coronavirus to contend with.
