Put your emphasis on whichever of those two words you want. He wants the CHIP program funded. He also is making noises about working across the aisle. He’s a zillion times better than Roy Moore. We need a blue wave next year so we have breathing room for some Senators or Congress Members on the Right or Left to occasionally vote their conscience or district and for us to still get stuff done.
