Kelly-D is more popular than Sinema-D and Democratic voter turnout in AZ in 2020 will be higher than in 2018.
If Beto-D runs against Cornyn-R, Julian should be on the 2020 Democratic Presidential/Vice Presidential Ticket, Beto can benefit from Julian's coattails.
