I thought I had it fixed after doing an update. But it returned. I have found it helps some to reboot the phone. But it may not go away completely. Most of the time I can refresh the page a few times and it will work. Sometimes I leave the page then come back and it works. I noticed if a YouTube video is embedded in a tweet it will work. I don’t know if it’s something caused by a iPhone update because it used to never do it before. Or something changed at YouTube.
