They are currently digging up our street again for the 7th time since we lived there and the streets are all closed. The city promised us that we would not have any problems getting to our properties, yet, we have been locked out of access and when we were not completely locked out, we were stopped by the police getting to our driveways.

Municipal government is some of the most corrupt government in the world.
