is to outspend his opponent, most notably throwing money around in states he was never going to win anyway. The management of his campaign has been abysmal.

I've noticed that the new defense of his campaign's mismanagement is that this is the first time Sanders has done this. Granted, he hasn't run a national campaign, but he's been around national politics for a couple of decades. Plus, Devine has lots of experience in mismanaging campaigns.
