was staggering. Thank god for the Wikileak information which illuminated what the hell happened.

Now I see President Alan Garcia was actually bowing to pressure from the North when he ordered his at least second massacre.

Un-####ing-believable. He not only is treacherous, he is afraid to stand up to the U.S. even when he knows he should, in the interest of sparing the lives of human beings like himself, only innocent! Those people were absolutely unprepared for hell to be unleashed against them.

P.S.: It's especially sad to know that the pressure on Garcia to move against his own people came from this administration. We would have expected it from a Republican, unfortunately.
