3. I know there is a big electric line planned to go to Sonora soon, are there others?

I have no idea. I have spent a fair amount of time in Chihuahua but I never thought about the source of electricity (and I remember when it was still new in some places and nonexistent in the Mountains.

Sort of like the lines through the ranch - electric, cable, gas/oil. I just know where they are on me, no real idea where they go or come from.
