They both think they are above the law.

Long ago he told a fellow politician in their assembly that she was "too ugly" for him to rape. That comment left a lot of people stunned. They only other person I've ever heard of who would say something that stupid, and audacious would be our own orange nightmare.

Now there are two of them sane people would recognize as perverted, infantile sociopaths. Leaders of enormous countries.

I wonder if you should stuff them both in together, or get two cannons?
