4. I've had sex with two different women who claimed to be on BC, but weren't

I used a condom anyway on both occasions, but were told by both of them it wasn't necessary. One of them didn't know I used a condom and later claimed she was pregnant (even though she wasn't). She later did manage to get pregnant by someone I know (unplanned at least by him). They got married and it ended badly a couple years later. For both of those two, I found out they weren't from mutual acquaintances. I've had sex with several other women who claimed to be on BC. I suspect most or all of them were, but used a condom anyway.

There ARE some women (and men) who are infatuated with getting pregnant or getting someone else pregnant for whatever reason and they care more about that than who they are getting pregnant with. I certainly don't believe this behavior reflects the vast majority of women, but it is out there and it sure as hell isn't "misogyny" to say so.
