I also consider myself a 'feminist', but that notion gets laughed away at DU by some women because I'm not anti-porn or anti-prostitution. I've been called a misogynist and a woman-hater more times than I care to remember. Some people on DU think they know how fellow (male) members are in real life soooo well, but they couldn't be more wrong. Oh, and I call them "girls" too, so obviously I'm nothing but a tool of The Patriarchy!

I was surprised to see your post getting deleted. I couldn't find anything offensive about it.
