1. What do you expect from a third world nation?

Of course if this were happening in America....

...the nation that manufactured enough ships and weapons to win World War II...

....gave itself less than ten years to send a man to the moon....

....and built the internet, then....

....there would be a solid right to an education.

But this story takes place in CAzakstan, so what do you expect???

What.... wait a minute....

This is happening in California...
