6. The requirement that they stay in state for equal years to the years paid for is reasonable.

I went through grad school in NYC on a scholarship with that caveat. There is nothing wrong with my state expecting a return on a great program that is being paid for with my tax dollars. If they didn't require it, I'd be writing to my state reps to ask them to.

$14,180 to attend a SUNY is a fabulous deal.
