The beautiful people, the wretched polluted landscape, the comparison to how it used to be not so long ago as primarily an agricultural economy...how amazing are trees, that they can still grow there....& the lady from Greenpeace was so informative (funny, she didn't seem "dumb" at all...).

She quoted the figures of how many rivers & lakes in China are polluted. Living in Ohio, having come from NC, it seems the number of our waterways which are polluted may be the same or worse....over half the rivers & a third of their lakes....I would be interested to know the figures here.

It was worth watching. Thanks for posting. It was dark, but the people make it hopeful.
