I’ve never had an Impossible Burger and don’t plan to ever have one. However, it’s wrong to criticize a product that is, at the end of the day, an attempt to reduce animal suffering. The Impossible Burger is not for vegans; it’s for those who still eat animals and think they couldn’t live without the taste of meat.
