In fact, “nutritionally inferior” is a lie. How can something that contains cholesterol be considered “nutritionally superior” to something that doesn’t when excess cholesterol is the main cause of heart disease and Alzheimer’s disease?

(Anyone who still supports the torture and horror perpetrated by the factory farm industry with his or her hard-earned money and is tempted to attack me over the cholesterol claim should do their own research. Medical researchers established the link between cholesterol and Alzheimer’s disease over a decade ago, and the link between cholesterol and heart disease decades before that. There is a way to prevent heart attacks and Alzheimer’s: it’s to go vegan, and it’s a lot easier than people think. Just think of the pain and suffering you will spare your loved ones.)
