...that you cant publicly claim a journalist is full of BS......its doesnt matter whether or not its true or not, doesnt matter what info you have or dont have, you simply can't claim an journalist did sloppy work(at best, at worst, as in this case, just lied).
as if they are a "protected class" where they can lie their head off and if called out on it, for whatever your reason, and you dont have proof....you are the guilty one.
now thats a good way to limit freedom of speech.
