There might be some sugar free dairy deserts but on the store shelves all you'll find is no sugar added.
Don't trust any yogurt before reading the ingredients. Some of them have over 30 grams of sugar per serving and over 20 grams is normal.
Plain yogurt doesn't have added sugar. Some fruit jams are very low in sugar. Mix the two.
Fruit and cottage cheese or plain yogurt is my go to sweet now. As you stop eating refined sugars you will become more sensitive to the natural sweetness of different foods.
Oh, limit fruit juices to one small a day. removing the fiber concentrates the natural sugars.

I adore bananas and have them 3 times a week on whole grain cheerios...so good!
