1. Hope..that is the key..thank you for posting..

HOPE...four letters that define us. Yes, it seems very hard to keep it. Especially, when things go bad, but sometimes it is all we have. Hope that we can get through today, and that things might improve soon. Because, most of us can get through today without using and hurting ourselves or others. Hope is very close to faith in the belief that things will get better. With belief in our own power greater than ourselves..there is hope..again...thanks for posting.
