36. Doing well with my radiation

I've had 16 half-treatments so far. The area is a bit pinkish, and although I haven't had any pain, I was awakened in the night when I guess I rolled over onto that side...it was a soreness, like a bruise. Went right back to sleep. I'm using My Girls calendula cream and so far, so good, my radiologist says. Tomorrow I'll officially be half done...I just hope it doesn't get too bad at the end; that's when my daughters will be here for Thanksgiving. The first time I have seen them since my cancer journey began.
I guess the weakness in my leg/groin area will continue all through the Herceptin treatments. It's not awful, but makes getting around annoying...hey, it only hurts when I walk ha ha.
