...that a side effect can start AFTER the treatment is finished. Makes it hard to figure out what caused it. I finished full chemo in July, and the hip joint pain started months later. So glad it seems to be going away.

I'm making a Blackout Cake, a reconstructed recipe from a famous cake from Ebinger's, the Brooklyn chain bakery of the early 20th century, for my Mom's visit. Can't wait to see her face when she sees it! She's lost weight and definitely needs fattening-up!
