I can be scatter brained at times, so it wouldn’t alarm me. But it sounds like it’s a noticeable change for you.

That’s what I think you should go by. Maybe medication maybe something else. Good idea to pay attention and if yiu can talk to a doctor.

I think what’s normal for other people doesn’t help much.
