8. Several months ago, I met with my cardiologist about my heart pain.

Got the heart tests, etc. and the interview to discuss the appearance of my pain and the results of the tests.

My heart is in great shape and not the source of my pain. So, next the questions about when did the pains start and stop. When I watch the news on TV and Mr. Trump's image is shown and I hear his voice -- that starts the pains. I really lock my attention on him. The chest pains begin within a few minutes, and they can continue for 30 minutes after he disappears. But, no pain when news reporters and commentators discuss Mr. Trump and his loyal criminals.

Diagnosis: Anxiety caused by Trump's image and voice, and my feelings about the evil he does.
Prescription: Stop watching and listening to Trump. (Yes. That stopped my anxiety pains.)
Comment by cardiologist: My case is common, especially after Mr. Trump's deporting the parents, and caging the babies and children who cross the Tex-Mex border.

BHS Social Worker offers the best advice. Take it. Don't reach out for support from people who are not trained to help.
