2. Taking a step back from it all helps

The what ifs are constantly percolutaing, but being aware of this process does help.

Yale's very popular Science of Well Being is offered free & very much has helped me & many others.

Those who have tried it said they felt better after the 1st video, which s available immediately upon registration.
