(12,210 posts)29. Lucky for me, we own the house. My room is a shit hole. Depression is part of it.
I got rid of a lot of stuff last week, at a local thrift shop. Stuff that no longer fits or I ain't gonna ever wear again. I also pick up at least one piece of paper or other object to take out of the room when I leave it. That either goes into trash, recycling or a box for the next trip to thrift.
One object out of the room when I leave it..... = 3 or four things a day. It is making a dent and it is not overwhelming.
