It sounds like you have it way more together than your sibs (or me) but no one will listen. You are outside of the NT norm and they cannot comprehend. You have issues, yes, but you know and understand them. They don't. They probably also don't have a gd clue about their OWN issues which are probably much more major than they would ever suspect (if they even deigned to suspect).

Too bad you mother is so elderly. Sounds like they have very much taken advantage of her and brainwashed her into believing whatever they say. The only thing I can say in their defense is they probably really believe they know better than you. They probably are not (though maybe they are) being malicious - just ignorant. They don't understand you. They can't ever ever understand you. They try and the only thing they can come up with is that you're "damaged".

Yes, you have issues (don't we ALL???) but you are smarter than they are - and while they may not consciously admit/comprehend that - deep down, they hate that.
