She has a whole collection of them on her website, along with her delightful art.

p.s. added on edit, for those who are new to vegetarian cooking, Mollie is the person credited with getting vegetarianism popular. Her first cookbook, The Enchanted Broccoli Forest, was made up from recipes from her cooperative restaurant in upstate NY, started, I think, when she was in college.

There are videos of Mollie at her site and probably youtube, also. She is a most delightful person. I have all her cookbooks and she is my "go to" person for vegetarian recipes.
