3. My MIL just had an awesome ham/potato casserole

She made a huge lasagna pan full and it fed an army of family - 11 (including 4 teenage boys) and she still had some leftover.

She baked a ham and used slices of that, but you could use ham steaks cut in half instead. She made a white sauce and added cheese like it was for Mac and cheese. Then she layered that, the ham, a few thinly sliced onions, and about 10 large potatoes (sliced thin). She baked it at 375 until the potatoes were done. Topping with a bit of extra cheese and baking it an extra 10-15 min to brown a bit.

She served it with green beans, rolls, and a salad.
