You really should.

The section on how to equip your kitchen is absolutely on point. Get a GOOD knife (careful here, because getting good knives can become addictive and expensive). Get some good heavy bottomed pots and pans. He's got lots of great advice for home cooks.

Such a sad day for the culinary world. My dream dinner date with my culinary heroes included Anthony Bourdain, Andrew Zimmern, and Jen Agg.
