none of whom are that attached to turkey, so we're having a small boneless leg of lamb. Also
mashed potatoes and gravy
Pepperidge Farm stuffing, made with celery and onions and baked in a casserole. Was fairly advanced in years before I understood some people make homemade, or use cornbread
Roasted vegetables
We all three like different pies, so I decided to make tarts and freeze what we don't eat right away - pumpkin for sure, apple maybe with some cranberries, and perhaps also pecan
My son will insist on having jellied cranberry sauce from a can. Need to figure out some way to use the leftovers
If I had more people coming, I'd make buttermilk potato cloverleaf rolls
