Wassabi and Horseradish butter

The name is the recipe.

She buys Wasabi powder from an Asian market and fresh horse radish root anywhere.

Be advised we live in south western Illinois - most of the nations horseradish is locally grown so it's literally for sale everywhere.

Anyway, just grate about a tablespoon of root and mix with a heaping TEASPOON of wasabi powder and 2 sticks of soft butter. The finished butter should be a bit grainy textured and an almost pastel green

Chill into logs and put a quarter inch think slice on a steak just before serving
