Baked chicken thighs, sweet potatoes and broccoli, sheet pan style.

I made and froze garlic chicken soup earlier today, knowing that those would be good against cold symptoms later this fall-winter. It also had the advantage of clearing out the bag of chicken bones from the freezer as well.
