22. Atlantic Beach Pie is a North Carolina recipe

The pie originated at Atlantic Beach, North Carolina, old timers believed you needed to eat something with lemon in it after a big fish dinner.

I have made this recipe quite a few times and the saltine cracker crusts is what's makes it so good, plus the flaked sea salt on top.

I have though it would be good to use the saltine crusts in other pies, think about chocolate!
