30. I have grown broccoli

But it isn’t easy. I grew in MO. Needs to be relatively cool and constantly battling bugs. I did not spray except with water to “wash” bugs off. Maybe try broccoli micro greens.
Easy but you have to plant a lot of seeds so you can harvest enough to use. Sort of like doing bean sprouts but in the dirt or seed medium. You can always pick out some of your seedlings to grow in a shady spot to see how they do.

Current garden is a raised bed with kale, red lettuce, lemon thyme, cilantro and spinach. I always look forward to eating food I grow!! I’m about to move so haven’t planted any summer items.

I’ve “taken” and cooked with ACV for many years and recently added the coconut vinegar to my diet. Very good for you like acv.
