5. Yum. Weather change must finally be saying pot roast!

Which would strictly be the mood of the moment. I like to cook several meals at once, so I might just make both roasts together (if they're not too large for my big pot) and freeze meal-size packets of meat and juices or gravy, tucked together in a lidded plastic container.
