7. Leftover homemade Coconut Hot & Sour soup with Crispy Tofu Cubes

I saw a thing where the trick to making crispy tofu is to coat it in corn starch before frying. I did so + I seasoned the corn starch with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Success!
