3. For once the turkey was not dry!

Put the 20 lb turkey in the tabletop roaster at 11:30, ate at 5:30. Did nothing at all to it except remove the extra parts (neck etc). Totally ignored it for 6 hours and it was the best turkey ever. Plus free, store promotion at Giant.
