But lots of de-briefing as we like to say. However, now that we do all of it, there isn't much to complain about. We have a very different approach from my sister who used to do it and there's no stress now. Years past, we had dry, overcooked or undercooked turkey, gummy mashed potatoes, etc. plus a whole lot of REALLY good stuff too. Now? It's all good stuff.
