My family was in for xmas eve, and I made my usual deviled eggs that are quickly devoured: Cooked egg yolks mashed with a fork, with salt, pepper, dijon mustard, and mayo. Sometimes with pickle relish. Spoon back into whites, and sprinkle all with paprika.

That's my basic recipe, except that I use dill weed or paprika as the spice.

I put a teeny tiny bit of grated raw onion in deviled eggs. Usually yellow onion, but white okay
