almost 50 years! Just learned how to cut matchstick vegetables in a better way than I'd been doing from a very funny Korean woman (Maangchi). There are Italian grandmas making pasta, Turkish women making stews, Instant Pot devotees -- it's a candy shop for cooks! Oh and better-than-takeout-Chinese food.
